ECL Security Guard Recruitment 2023: Training
The selected employees will be deployed as Security Guard (Trainee) for six months in their current grade and pay scale. The final list will be prepared in accordance with the vacancy. Passing the Physical Standard Test does not guarantee the post-claim. The selected employees will be required to complete Basic Security Training within six months, as arranged by the HOD (Security), ECL Hq. After completing the six-month training period and the Basic Security Training, they will be assigned to T & S Gr.- “G” as Security Guards.
The selected employees must report to their new posting within thirty days of the date the Selection Order is issued. In case of failure to join within the stipulated time period, the selection will stand cancelled and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
