How To Get An MP Police Verification Form?

If you are a resident of the state of Madhya Pradesh, then you are eligible to apply for the Madhya Pradesh Police Verification Form. Here are the steps you need to follow to get one.

Step 1: Before using this service, it is necessary to register in “MP Police Citizen Portal”.

Step 2: Click on this link to apply for the MP Police Verification Form.

Step 3: Register with all your details.

Step 4: An OTP will be sent to your mobile number to verify the same.

Step 5: Enter the OTP and verify your mobile number.

Step 6: Login Again and go to apply for Madhya Pradesh Police Verification Form.

Step 7: Provide all the required details and attach the certificates as mentioned.

Step 8: The updated status of various stages of the process of issuance of “Character Verification Certificate” will be informed to the applicant through SMS on mobile. 

Step 9: For receiving your “Character Verification Certificate” visit your nearest police station concerned with your residence. 

Step 10: On the basis of the available information, “Character Verification Certificate” will be provided to the applicant online or through the concerned police station. 

How to Apply for Police Verification Form MP With Aadhar Card?

You can also apply for Police Verification Form MP with aadhar card. Follow the instructions given below for the same.

Step 1: To register with Aadhaar, the applicant’s mobile number must be linked with Aadhaar, if it is not, then the applicant can register without selecting the Aadhaar number option.

Step 2: BPL card holder applicants should keep their scanned copy of BPL card safe for uploading (200 KB- 1024 KB). 

Step 3: Other applicants (other than BPL) keep the scanned copy of the filled challan safe for upload (200 KB – 1024 KB). 

Step 4: Apply using the steps mentioned above.

Step 5: Use the option “View Request for Character Verification Certificate” to know the updated status of the character verification request. 

Step 6: The applicant can check the updated status of the character verification request by entering his/her “Service Request ID” (will be received after successful registration), “Name of the applicant”, “Date of Application”.

Step 7: If the application has been made by the applicant using an Aadhaar number, he/she can view the updated status of character verification as per the instruction mentioned above 

Step 8: Get the print out of the same for future reference. 

How to Apply for Police Verification Form MP Without Aadhar Card?

For those, who wish to apply for MP Police Verification Form without an Aadhar card, should follow the steps below.

Step 1: In the registration without aadhar, the applicant should save his scanned photo for upload (size less than 200 KB) 

Step 2: For registration without Aadhar, the applicant should save the scanned file of passport or any other 2 identity card for uploading (200 KB – 1024 KB) 

Step 3: BPL card holder applicants should keep their scanned copy of BPL card safe for uploading (200 KB- 1024 KB) 

Step 4: Other applicants (other than BPL) keep the scanned copy of the filled challan safe for upload (200 KB – 1024 KB) 

Step 5: Apply using the steps mentioned above.

Step 6: Applicants who had applied without Aadhaar will be able to get their character verification personally by displaying their identity card by contacting the current station in-charge by viewing the updated status from “Viewing character verification request”.
