BEL Project Engineer Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

The selection process for BEL Project Engineer Recruitment 2023 comprises of following stages as listed here.

• Selection process will be done through a Written Test followed by an Interview for shortlisted candidates.
• Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted in a ratio of 1:5 for the interview round. Management reserves the right to increase this ratio. 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% for the interview.

Candidates selected as Project Engineer – I will be engaged initially for a period of 3 years which may be extended up to a maximum of one year based on project requirements and the performance of candidates. During the engagement period, candidates will receive the salary as below.
