College Of Engineering Pune Ranking- The College of Engineering Pune Technological University (CoEP Technological University) is a Maharashtra Government Unitary Technological University located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. It was founded in 1854 and is the third oldest engineering college in India, following IIT Roorkee (1847). Companies are students and alumni who attend COEP. The Maharashtra government issued a notification on June 23, 2022, regarding the conversion of the college into the Unitary Maharashtra Technological University. The CoEP Technological University bill was passed by both houses of the state government on March 24, 2022, granting the institute unitary state university status.

Ranking 

Outlook India ranked COEP 15th among engineering colleges in India in 2019. The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) ranked it 50th in engineering and 101-150 overall in 2020. It was ranked first among the top five government institutions in the Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievement (ARIIA) in 2020, and it will be ranked first again in 2021.
