IB Security Assistant Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

The Intelligence Bureau (IB) has released the notification for recruiting Security Assistants (SA)/Executive. A total of 1525 vacancies have been notified under this Intelligence Bureau Assistant Recruitment 2023. Educational Qualification

• Must have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University;

Age Relaxation

The age relaxation under government norms for the IB Security Assistant post is given below:

• The candidates in the SC/ST category will get a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit.
• OBC candidates will get a relaxation of 3 years in the upper age limit.
• PWD candidates will get a relaxation of 10 years in the upper age limit.
• Ex-servicemen candidates will get a relaxation of 2 years in the upper age limit plus an additional 5 years if they have not been availed any other age relaxation benefit earlier.
• widows, divorcees, and wives who have been legally divorced but haven’t remarried the age limit is 35 years of age (UR) and 40 years of age (SC/ST)
