State-wise Center List for KVS Exam 2023: Allocation of the Exam Centers
Given below are some points we should remember regarding the allocation of examination centers:
- KVS will choose the cities and centers for the Computer Based Test-CBT (online) exam based on the preferences and alternatives provided by the candidates, subject to the availability of Computer Nodes in each city and center.
- While every effort will be taken to assign a center to one of the candidate’s chosen cities, the KVS has the right to assign a center in any Indian city other than the candidate’s choice.
- Depending on the number of applicants and other requirements, the KVS has the right to conduct the CBT in all cities, any one of the cities, or any other cities.
- If there are not enough candidates in any of the notified cities to operate the examination center, or if there is another specific reason, the KVS may decide not to hold the examination there. Instead, candidates who had selected that city as their first choice may be assigned an examination center in another city they had selected as their second or third choice or any other city.
- If there are any administrative reasons, KVS maintains the right to change or cancel the city or center selected by candidates.
- The KVS’s decision is final. The City/Center cannot be modified once it has been allocated under any circumstances.
- The allocated exam centers will be mentioned in the admit card for the KVS examination.
