LBSNAA full form is Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, which is based in Mussoorie and is the leading institute for civil services in India. Phase 1
Beginning with a 15-week program of instruction at LBSNAA the initial phase of training includes Bharat Darshan, an all-India tour for IAS officers. The academic agenda includes policy-making, land administration, interpersonal skills, project management, national security, e-government, etc. The day begins at 6 AM with exercise, lectures, and social activities in the evening.
Bharat Darshan
During phase 1 of the IAS probationers’ training, they are broken up into small groups and taken on a trip around India. This is part of their training program so they can experience India’s diverse culture and history.
District Training
This training program lasts for an entire year, during which officers gain an in-depth understanding of a district’s administrative structure by participating.
Phase 2
