Ordnance Factory Itarsi Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

Candidates will be chosen solely on the basis of their performance in the NCTVT and Trade Test/Practical Test, in the order of merit. The Ordnance Factory will determine the cut-off percentage for calling candidates for the trade test. Itarsi was chosen based on his overall performance in the NCTVT.
A merit list will be compiled based on the combined marks obtained in the NCTVT Exam and the Trade Test/Practical Test, with the NCTVT Exam marks weighted at 80% and the Trade Test/Practical Test marks weighted at 20%. Candidates who pass the NCTVT and Trade Test/Practical Test will be called in order of merit for Document Verification.
