Job Profile: Duties and Responsibilities 

• Along with maintaining the office’s workflow, you must finish the clerical duties.
• The mail must be promptly registered.
• Updates and other information must be entered into the computer.
• They are also in charge of maintaining and indexing the File Registers.
• Management of files at all levels of the workplace hierarchy.
• Letters, notifications, and other documentation must be produced in accordance with office requests.
• Additionally, the SSC CHSL LDC / JSA position is responsible for producing the monthly pay stubs.
• The task of getting rid of the mail will fall to the postal assistant and sorting assistant.
• Maintaining the office’s data.
• Supplying information for different Customer Support inquiries.
• Correcting the addresses’ errors.
• If the address is wrong, mail is returned.

• Upkeep of the Section’s records physically.
• Assisting with computer functions, such as a dispatch system or diary, that are used in ordinary workplaces.
• Delivery of a courier outside the structure.
• Working related to ITI qualifications
• Carrying documents and other items around the building.
• Sending a FAX, photocopying, etc.
• Only if they have a current driver’s license may they operate autos.
