During the FIFA World Cup 2022, 32 countries will compete in 64 games at eight stadiums distributed over five different Qatari cities.

On November 20, host Qatar and Ecuador will square off in the FIFA World Cup 2022 opener at the Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor, Qatar.

Khalifa International stadium

On November 21, England and Iran will play their first game in this venue. Additionally, it will host the third-place playoff, and five more group stage contests.

Lusail Stadium

The final will be held at Lusail, the biggest of all the venues. It has 80,000 seats available.
