The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has issued a recruitment notification for 2023 with 23 openings for the position of Head Constable. ITBP Full Form: Selection Process 

The applicants must first attend for Documentation, which includes a review of their original papers and sporting certificates. Candidates who meet the paperwork requirements will be subjected to the Physical Standards Test, in which the appropriate physical measures, as stated above in the eligibility criteria, will be examined. Candidates who are deemed to be eligible will thereafter be subjected to a Comprehensive Medical Examination to determine their fitness in accordance with the medical criteria set by MHA from time to time.
