Maharashtra Bhumi Abhilekh has newly notified Land Records recruitment 2021-22 notification to invite online applications for suitable nominees for the Surveyor and Clerk posts for various divisions. 

Currently, the land record, Maharashtra 2021-22 has been issued the Land Records job openings for the Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Aurangabad, Amravati, and Nagpur Division to recruit around 1013 vacancies. The educational details for the job is that Aspirants must be a diploma holder in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or a candidate must have completed 2 years in ITI in surveyor trade after senior secondary( 10+2). 

• The candidate must have completed a Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute OR The candidate must have completed the Secondary school examination along with 2-year ITI in Surveyor trade.
• The candidate must have a Marathi typewriting speed of 30 WPM and an English typewriting speed of 40 WPM.  The candidates who do not possess such qualifications can also apply; however, they must obtain such skills within 2 years of joining.

Bhulekh Maharashtra Clerk Exam Pattern

Exam pattern for the Bhumi Abhilekh job consists of 100 questions for 200 marks and for a candidate, it is mandatory to qualify with the minimum marks of 45 percent. The questions asked will be based on the 12 level syllabus and not from others.
