CBSE Returns to One Board Exam Pattern – Overview
Last year, CBSE announced two sets of board exams for students in grades 10 and 12 to prepare for any “unforeseen circumstance” that may have developed as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak. The first set of board examinations took place between November and December 2021 in the form of MCQs, while the second set of examinations started from April 26, 2022 as subjective or long-answer questions.

CBSE One Board Exam Pattern – Internal Assessment Criteria
Internal assessments, projects, and practical exams will be the focus of the CBSE board. Students in grade 9 and 10 will have to appear in three periodic assessments. Unit examinations will be given to students in classes 11 and 12 at the end of each topic, including exploratory exercises, projects, and practicals. The grade of the students in these internal evaluations will be posted on the CBSE official website, cbse.gov.in.
