DPRO Full Form: Selection Process
A written exam and an oral exam will be used to select candidates for the position of DPRO. The written exam will be an objective type test worth 800 points. The successful candidates will be called for an oral examination worth 100 points. As a result, the total stages of selection are:
- Written exam: As part of phase one of the selection process, registered candidates will be required to take the BPSC DPRO written exam. The written exam will be worth 800 points and will consist of objective type questions. Candidates who pass this round will be invited to an oral test/interview round.
- Oral test/interview: The BPSC DPRO oral test/interview round is worth 100 marks. Candidates selected from stage 1 will be tested on their practical skills. Candidates who pass both stages will be considered for final selection.
