What is an E-Challan System?
Since everything is done electronically, there is a challan system in place. In India, a computer-generated challan known as a vehicle e challan is given to every traffic offender. To improve the general public’s access to traffic services, the Indian government has started this process.
To stop cash transactions, an electronic challan system has been put in place, making everything very clear and transparent. The Indian government has also made the mobile application Traffic eChallan available, in addition to the Vahan and Sarathi web portal applications.
