KCET Notification 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the Karnataka CET 2023 eligibility requirements in order to sit for the KCET 2023 exam. Before completing the KCET 2023 application form, candidates should confirm their eligibility for the exam online. The candidate’s candidature will be withdrawn if they are determined to be ineligible at any point during the KCET 2023 admissions process. The qualifications for the KCET are listed below.

Farm Science courses means, BSc (Hons) Agriculture, BSc (Hons) Sericulture, BSc (Hons) Horticulture, BSc (Hons) Forestry, BTech Biotechnology, BSc (Hons) Community Science, BTech (Agril. Engg), BTech (Food Technology), BTech (Dairy Technology), BFSc (Fisheries), BSc (Hons) Ag. Maco.Applicants must have earned a passing grade in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology in their second PUC/Class 12/equivalent test.
Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH)Applicants must have completed their second PUC or Class 12 and earned a minimum of 50% in the areas of physics, chemistry, biology, and English (or 40% for members of the reserved category).

Naturopathy & YogaCandidates must have passed the qualifying examination with English as one of their languages of study, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects, and they must have passed the qualifying examination with an overall minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (40% for candidates from the reserved category).
Age LimitThe KCET does not impose any age restrictions on applicants for the admissions procedure. However, in order to be eligible for the various courses offered, a candidate must be at least 17 years old.
