The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2022 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The Mop-Up Round NEET UG 2022 Registration process for NEET UG will start on 23 November 2022. This is a one-time opportunity for candidates who could not register for the main exam due to some reason.

Mop-Up Round NEET UG 2022 Registration: Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for Mop-Up Round NEET UG 2022 Registration, candidates are as follows:

• Candidates who have completed their Class 12th or equivalent examination in 2021 from any recognized board are eligible for the mop-up round NEET UG 2022 registration.

• Those who could not register themselves for the main rounds of NEET UG due to any reason (including non-availability of documents, late submission of application, etc.) can also apply for the mop-up round.

• The upper age limit for candidates appearing in the mop-up round is 25 years. There is no change in the age relaxation criteria for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories.

• Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC category candidates) in Class 12th or equivalent examination to be eligible for NEET UG 2022.

Mop-Up Round NEET UG 2022 Registration: Application Fee

The application fee for Mop-Up Round NEET UG 2022 Registration is as follows:

• General and OBC candidates application fee (Non-refundable fee) is Rs. 1000/-.

• SC/ST/PH candidates application fee (Non-refundable fee) is Rs. 500/-.

• The application fee can be paid online through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking or offline through E-Challan.

Mop-Up Round NEET UG 2022 Registration: Selection Process

The mop-up round of NEET UG registration is the last opportunity for students to register for the exam. The selection process for this round is based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination.

Students who have qualified in the mains examination and meet the minimum cut-off marks are eligible to apply for the mop-up round. The application process is online and students need to fill in their personal and academic details.

Once the application is submitted, students will be allotted a roll number and examination centre. The admit card for the mop-up round will be released on the official website a few days before the exam date.

Students who clear the mop-up round with the required percentile will be eligible to participate in the counselling and seat allocation process.

The mop-up round NEET UG registration for the academic year 2022 will start on the 23 of November 2022 and will be closing on the 28 of November 2022. The candidates who could not register themselves for the main rounds or whose registrations were cancelled due to any reason can participate in this round.
