NABARD SO Recruitment Selection Process
Stage 1: Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:10 ratio based on their academic/educational background, work experience, resume, skillset, and related certification.
Stage 2: Short-listed candidates will be assigned projects based on their job profiles.It will be followed by a screening interview based on their project and other relevant technical knowledge. This will be a qualifying circumstance. Following this stage, candidates will be shortlisted for the next round in a 1:5 ratio.
Stage 3: The screened candidates will be interviewed again for final selection.
