SBI Channel Manager recruitment 2022 is conducted by the State Bank of India to select retired candidates for various posts. It is a unique recruitment post because SBI is not hiring freshers but retired candidates. For recruitment into these posts, SBI will choose and suggest candidates through a two-stage process. SBI Channel Manager Recruitment Selection Process 

To get selected for a post, you are required to clear all two stages of the SBI Channel Manager Selection Process. These stages are

Stage 1: CV Shortlisting

Merely fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not guarantee that a candidate will be called for an interview. The Shortlisting Committee will be constituted by SBI and will decide the shortlisting parameters. Thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the committee to send interview letters to the candidates shall be final. 

Stage 2: Interview

Interview will consist of 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the committee. 

Once the candidates have cleared the two rounds, they will get their names on the merit list. This list will indicate the joining details as well. This list will be final and no correspondence will be entertained by the recruitment authority.

1. SBI Channel Manager Age Limit: 

The candidate must be 60 Years to 63 Years as on May 18, 2022.

2. SBI Channel Manager Professional Qualification:

• Desirous candidates applying for SBI Channel Manager exam 2022 must be retired officers of SBI, erstwhile Associates (e-Abs) and other PSBs. 
• They can be awarded staff of SBI with relevant years of work experience as well.
