BARC Stipendiary Trainee Exam Centre: List of Centres
The BARC 2023 exam will be held in over 43 cities across India. Candidates could choose from a variety of exam locations at their leisure. Candidates will be assigned only one exam centre from the options they select. Once a candidate is assigned an exam centre, it cannot be changed under any circumstances. BARC Stipendiary Trainee Exam Centre: Selection Process
The BARC Stipendiary Trainee selection process is determined by the position for which the candidate has applied. The various posts are divided into two categories. These are categorised as I and II. Each category’s selection procedure is as follows:

BARC Stipendiary Trainee Exam Centre: Exam Pattern
Category I Exam Pattern
- The examination will last one hour.
- Candidates must answer 40 questions based on subjects covered in their diploma or bachelor’s degree programmes.
- Each correct answer receives three points.
- Each incorrect answer results in a one-point deduction.
- The questions are all MCQs of the objective variety.
- To be eligible for the interview, candidates must pass the written examination.
Category 2 Exam Pattern – Preliminary Test
- The examination will last one hour.
- Candidates must respond to 50 questions.
- Each question is a multiple-choice (MCQ) with four different answers.
- Each correct answer receives three points.
- Each incorrect answer results in a one-point deduction.
- This exam is divided into three sections:

BARC Stipendiary Trainee Advanced Test
Candidates who pass the written exam are eligible for the advanced exam. The following are the stage’s critical details:
- Candidates have two hours to finish the exam.
- Candidates must answer 50 multiple-choice questions.
- The questions are related to the candidate’s trade.
- Each question is worth three points.
- Every incorrect answer receives a one-point deduction.
BARC Stipendiary Trainee Skill Test
The Category II selection process has reached its conclusion. Candidates who passed the Advanced Test are eligible for the Skill Test. This test is based on a yes/no decision. The number of candidates shortlisted for this stage will not exceed 4-5 for each available vacancy.

You should plan your travel well in advance and make arrangements for accommodation if necessary. BARC will not provide any travel or accommodation allowances.
