Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University Notable Alumni: In 1927, DBRAU was first established. Although its current name was adopted in 1995, the institution was once known as Agra University. Atal Bihari Vajpayee
An Indian politician and diplomat who was the country’s prime minister for three periods. Vajpayee was a key leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party and one of its co-founders. He was a volunteer with the Hindu nationalist group Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. He was the first non-Indian National Congress prime minister to hold the position for the entire time. He was also a well-known poet and author.
Charan Singh

Dev Swarup
An educational administrator from India. He was Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University’s first vice-chancellor. He has also served as joint secretary and additional secretary of the University Grants Commission (India) in New Delhi. From 2013 to 2014, he served as the University of Rajasthan’s vice-chancellor. In November 2014, he submitted his resignation from the University of Rajasthan. Additionally, he belongs to the General Council of the National Law University in Jodhpur, which is a legally recognized authority.
Om Dutt Gulati
A pharmacologist from India who serves as the department’s dean at Baroda Medical College. He was a professor at Pramukhswami Medical College in Anand and an honorable member of the Indian Pharmaceutical Society. He was well known for his autonomic pharmacology research.
