ICT Mumbai Fees Structure. The Institute of Chemical Technology was established in 1994 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is a public deemed university known colloquially as ICT Mumbai. Previously, the institute was known as the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT Mumbai). Eligibility Criteria of ICT Mumbai
