Karnataka Bank PO Recruitment 2023: Pay Scale

The Induction Training Programme will be organized for the selected candidates at Bank’s Staff Training College, Mangaluru, or at some other place as decided by the bank. After the successful completion of the training program, the aspirants will be posted to any of the Branches/Offices of the Bank all across the nation. Then, they will be on probation period for a year. When the probation period gets completed successfully the aspirants will become a permanent employee as per the rules and regulations of the Bank. The Current CTC of the employee will be around 84,000/- per month.
