LIC AAO Exam Pattern 2023
As we all know, LIC AAO is one of the most popular exams conducted by the Life Insurance Corporation of India. The competition for this exam is tough; thus, the candidates need to have a complete understanding of the LIC AAO Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2023 before they start preparing. Phase-I: Preliminary Examination Exam Pattern
The LIC AAO Prelims Exam Pattern consists of objective-type questions from three sections: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. The total time duration for the Prelims exam is 1 hour.

Phase-II : Main Examination Exam Pattern
The LIC AAO Main Examination is an online test consisting of objective and descriptive questions. The objective questions are worth 300 marks, while the descriptive questions are worth 25 marks. Both sections of the examination will be timed separately.
The objective test will consist of multiple-choice questions covering various topics such as General Knowledge, English Language, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Reasoning, and Insurance & Financial Market Awareness. Candidates must answer all questions within the allotted time for each section. The descriptive test will require candidates to type out their answers on the computer. This section will test candidates’ writing skills and factual knowledge. Topics covered in this section may include essay writing, precis writing, letter writing, etc.
