Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2022- Selection Procedure
- For the position of Controller of Aid, Accounts, and Audit in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, applications in the required proforma, as per Annexure-II, are being accepted from qualified individuals on a deputation/ absorption basis. The post’s specifics are provided below.
- Controlling Offices of the applicants are requested to forward the applications of such eligible candidates who are desirous of being considered for the post and who can be relieved immediately upon selection, along with attested photocopies of the last five years’ ACR/APAR dossier, Vigilance Clearance and Integrity Certificate, Cadre Clearance, and details of major/minor penalties imposed during the last ten years, if any, to the undersigned within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the application. A later withdrawal of a candidate’s candidacy is not permitted. Applications that are not accompanied by the necessary paperwork won’t be considered. Advance copies of applications or applications obtained outside of the appropriate channels will not be subject to action.
Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
DEPUTATION/ABSORPTION:
- Officers of the Organised Accounts Services and Organised Group ‘A’ services of the Government of India
(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or
ii) with three years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level-13 (Rs. 123100-215900) in the pay matrix (pre-revised: PB-4 of Rs. 37400 67000 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 8700) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; and
- Possessing 15 years experience in handling accounts matters including Budgeting. Accounting of Public Finance. Debt Management and External Finance/External assistance.
(Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed five years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application)
